  @revsusanrussell @GetSpectrum Omg!!! Me too. Been on the phone since 7:17 to upgrade took 1 hr. Then, 8:30 to ask why upgrade didn’t go through. At 10 to see why they doubled my internet service rate then disconnected after 15 min. Now on hold 1/2 hour to cancel everything but wifi 😡 oh & no upgrade, yet.
