@GetSpectrum 919-710-9377 is the number I need assistance with. There should be detailed notes in my file. The very rude person I spoke with Saturday morning told me this was resolved — after accusing me of lying. I’m not spending anymore time of the phone with Spectrum.

Hey @Ask_Spectrum your internet has been plagued by slowness or not working for the last twelve hours both on Wifi and wired. I’ve reset the router several times. Your app says there’s an outage in my area but I never got a notification. What’s going on.

@4jinxremoving @arsenalistrator @Ask_Spectrum I firmly believe AT&T is a conspiracy funded by all other internet providers to keep them from violating monopoly laws but they don't actually provide any services. I've literally never talked to anyone happy with them.
