Hi last Sunday I had my Brazilian, full leg and underarm with Alihay (not sure if spelling is right). Very kind but she forgot a whole part on my right leg and I sense that the Brazilian hasn’t been done properly. I bought a full year package – I like the center but it should be put more attention on training of the staff.Brazilian waxing

I’ve been here a few times now and have had pleasant experiences until my most recent one where the waxing itself was poorly done and the waxer (name begins with a J) wasn’t the kindest throughout the process. To begin, I was in and out of the room within 8 minutes for a full bikini wax, which is way faster than all other waxing sessions. That would’ve been fine if the job was done well, but when I got back home I saw how much hair was missed. She was going very fast and I was in quite some pain but she didn’t seem to be bothered or really provide me with tips to ease the pain like other waxers have done in the past. That led me to tell her how this time I was experiencing way more pain in hopes of her slowing down (but she didn’t). I was sore for the following 4-5 days and this soreness was unlike any other soreness in the past so I felt that it was likely due to how the job was done. I might’ve mentioned to her that she missed some hairs but she wasn’t that friendly throughout and I was honestly so shook by the end that I wanted to just get out of that room so I didn’t look closely at the waxing job until I got home. Overall, very poor experience with this waxer.

Long story short, wax specialists were calling out on day of appointment/ not showing up to work without notice. My time was not taken into consideration as I was not notified that the specialist was a no show before my appointment. Excellent place until today’s bad experience. To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. After 6 years of attending this location I will not be going back. Long story short, wax specialists were calling out on day of appointment/ not showing up to work without notice. I had a great waxing session performed by Lourdes. If she is still there ask for her, she eased my fears and made me laugh the ENTIRE time! She talked me through everything. The entire location was clean and sanitary. It was cleaned before I entered and again when I entered the room right in front of me.
